For us at Irene Homes, it is crucial to create a stable environment where those with an intellectual disability can enjoy being active citizens of our community and benefit from all the basic rights they are entitled to. We aim to promote empowerment and assist in creating real opportunities for the vulnerable people we serve. When our residents and day workers are empowered, they become representatives of change, and can more readily embrace their own potential,
